The 0.60 mm diameter is really thin, barely leaves a mark even on delicate silk. The glass heads are smooth and don't snag my thread, which makes pinning through multiple layers less of a hassle.

I was worried these extra-fine pins might bend easily, but they slide through my silk without leaving any marks. The black glass heads blend nicely with dark fabrics, making them perfect for invisible basting.

The 0.60 mm shaft slides through even the tightest seams without bending, and the black glass heads stay put in my pin cushion. I’ve used half the box on a heavy wool jacket and they still hold their point perfectly.
