Charlotte Q. ★★★★★

We booked the 14h slot on Saturday and the workshop tour felt properly behind-the-scenes, right where the craftspeople were actually working. The guides paced it well for a one-hour visit, and the Sunday 15h slot had fewer people so we could ask more questions. Definitely worth grabbing a ticket in

Owen ★★★★★

The guide clearly knew the factory floor inside out, and seeing the workshops running live at the Sunday 3pm slot made the whole thing feel real. Wasn't sure what to expect from a heritage weekend visit, but this was properly worth the ticket.

Avery A. ★★★★★

Booked the Saturday 2pm tour and it was exactly what I needed to kick off the weekend. Seeing the actual workshop floor and hearing directly from the ouvriers made the whole heritage weekend feel personal and real.
